For all Real Estate transactions, we charge a flat legal fee + disbursements. Disbursements are additional costs that are incurred on a transaction such as land titles fees, tax and title document searches, title insurance, etc. Your fee estimate will include a detailed breakdown of the expected fees and disbursements based on your transaction.

Wills and Estates matters are offered in a variety of packages that can include a will, enduring power of attorney, and/or a personal directive, charged at a flat-rate.

Notary and mediation services are charged on an hourly basis depending on the work required.

No. A mobile appointment (within Calgary city limits) is available at no additional cost for all Real Estate transactions such as purchases, sales, and refinances, as well as Wills and Estate services.

Additional appointments (more than 1) are subject to additional fees.

If you are not able to sign in person, we are able to do a remote video-signing using either Zoom or Google Meet. All you need is access to a printer, internet, and video calling.

If you are signing from out of town but do not have access to an internet connection or a web camera, we can create a document package for you take to a local notary.

For a Mobile Signing Appointment, the lawyer will meet with you anywhere within the city of Calgary that works best for you, at no additional fee. This includes coffee shops, libraries, your workplace, or even within the comfort of your own home. If you would like to use this option, please mention it to your lawyer during the Q&A call and/or when scheduling your signing appointment

A Remote Signing Appointment is done over video using zoom or google meet . This option is in case you are not located in Calgary or you are unable to meet in person.

Yes-we have a variety of board room locations across the city available for client meetings. If you would like to meet at a board room near you, please let our team know when booking your appointment

Please note we do NOT accept deliveries at these locations. Deliveries will only be accepted at our main office in Marda Loop
